ELECTRO-GUN
It can be used on expensive finished open beamed ceilings, furniture and built-ins where the drill and treat method might make holes that would disfigure the finish. Because this system uses pulsating current it will not burn the treated wood. Below is an open beamed ceiling where a Drywood termite colony has been located. Pellets were found on the floor directly under the infested area.
The ELECTRO-GUN was chosen to eliminate the existing infestation because it would not disfigure the finish. Remember that if the drill and treat method was used here there would have been visible drill holes in the wood.
